Butterfly is conveniently located near the junction of Highways 401 and 427, and is easily accessible from Highway 403. We are at 2601 Matheson Boulevard East, on the south side between Orbitor Dr. and Explorer Dr.
Our unit number is 29 – in the south west corner of the complex.
Driving Directions:
401 East: Take the Renforth exit (exit 348), and make an immediate right onto Renforth, and again onto Matheson Blvd.
401 West: Take the Carlingview exit (exit 351). Go left on Renforth, and then merge right onto Matheson Blvd.
403 East: Take the Eastgate Pkwy/Cawthra Rd. exit, travel along Eastgate which turns into Creekbank Rd. Turn right onto Matheson Blvd.
427 North: Take the Eglinton Avenue West exit, turn right onto Eglinton Ave. Take the first right onto Matheson Blvd.
427 South: Take the Eglinton Avenue exit on the left. Turn right onto Eglinton Ave West. Take the first right onto Matheson Blvd.
